The Jackpot - Too Much Time (single)
Maybe it’s the regional accent or perhaps a case of really bad timing but The Jackpot may as well getting used to be viewed as Arctic Monkeys rip-offs. With a broad Yorkshire brogue rattling out everyday tales of love and squalor over an oh so familiar danceable guitar line and drum beats, “Too Much Time” may fit nicely into the stereo of fans eager for new material from the band of the moment. Or you may just want to stick with the original boys instead.
